            "content_html": "This service is in theory a fantastic idea, in practice it is an insult to customer service.\r\nWe have bought two AP RO Chrono, had them properly registered, were robbed in public, had filed with the police and submitted all documents with AP half a year ago.\r\nWe have submitted our case at the AP house where we have bought the watches in Spain.\r\nWe have also reached out to AP through multiple other channels, AP house in Switzerland, their central Customer Service in La Chaux-de-Fonds,...\r\nAnd since then, we receive Emails from an Email robot and nothing happens.\r\nForget this service, insure your watch properly and you will be better off.",
