We have bought two AP RO Chrono, had them properly registered, were robbed in public, had filed with the police and submitted all documents with AP half a year ago.
We have submitted our case at the AP house where we have bought the watches in Spain.
We have also reached out to AP through multiple other channels, AP house in Switzerland, their central Customer Service in La Chaux-de-Fonds,…
And since then, we receive Emails from an Email robot and nothing happens.
Forget this service, insure your watch properly and you will be better off.
